The Shinetech agile testing team was tasked with ensuring the quality of the client’s ecommerce website for the Chinese market with a rigorous schedule. Since then,we have been working closely with the 30+-developer scrum team to successfully deliver 10+ successful magento websites for the client’s online business across 16 countries.
With accumulated knowledge and insight in e-commerce, we not only focus on ensuring the quality of each single project, but also communicate the progress and updates of each project across teams. This helps to prevent any gaps between small projects and ensures smooth integration, and ultimately guarantees the overall quality of the ecommerce platform and the ERP system.
