Product QA for an AI company

In 2018, the client reached out to us for acceptance testing prior to their product being launched online. We built a team of three testers that dedicated over two months to conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the product. The client was extremely pleased with the outcome and subsequently invited shinetech to participate in the regular development work to ensure delivery quality.

the product was being developed by four separate teams, each with their own leader and developers. Unfortunately, communication regarding the overall product was primarily dependent on the team leaders, leaving the developers without timely access to the updated information. The failure to properly coordinate the comprehension of changing project requirements and the progress of the project resulted in significant and recurring quality issues.
In response to the problems, our job mainly included:

Designed the TDD framework within the project team.
With a product manager’s point of view, our testers effectively shared the updated information with developers as they moved between various subprojects. This helped to bridge the gap between teams and developers.
