Client Overview

Our client is a leading platform in the adult social care sector, trusted by providers across aged care, disability services, and healthcare. Their dedication to improving care quality and ensuring compliance has earned them a reputation as a trusted industry partner.
 

Initial Needs

In 2021, they set out to expand into the UK—a move that required fast platform localization and compliance with UK privacy laws.

At the time, their internal team was at capacity. They needed an external team who could plug in quickly, handle complex tech work, and help them move fast without compromising quality.

Delivering Value from the Start

The engagement began with urgent priorities: migrating their system to a UK-based server — without available documentation. Our engineers rapidly reverse-engineered the infrastructure and executed a successful migration, demonstrating both speed and competence.
 
Next, we resolved a long-standing issue that had blocked progress for months: integrating a third-party online editor. By diving into the vendor’s documentation and applying solution-driven development practices, our team quickly delivered a robust integration — something the client’s internal developers had struggled to complete.
 
These early wins built strong credibility and proved our ability to deliver fast, high-quality results. Over time, the client began turning to us for more development work, impressed by our responsiveness and reliability.
 

From Short-Term Support to a Fully Integrated Team

As trust deepened, the nature of our collaboration evolved. What began as a short-term arrangement grew into a strategic partnership. The client recognized that our team was consistently outperforming their internal developers — both in quality and turnaround time.
 
By the end of 2022, the client disbanded their internal development team, retaining only a Business Analyst to interface with our team. Today, we operate as their dedicated product development team, managing and evolving the entire platform with five developers, two QA specialists, and one part-time UI designer.
